I am sleepy.
I am sleepy, and I am require by the laws of GPA to inform you that I am sleepy in a blog post. Because I am sleepy, I am subsequently stumbly and mumbly. I just drank some coffee, so my stomach is rumbly. My stomach hates coffee, but I required the caffeine. I fell asleep in firehouse, and people looked at me funny. Angela asked me why I didn’t have my headphones and I responded in three sentence fragments that did not answer the question. I will aspire to be not so sleepy. Someone believe in me. Clap your hands and believe that sea captain winston can rise above the adversity of his increasingly heavy eyelids and vanquish the demons that are final project.
Really Quick Flu
I had the flu over the weekend, but I seem to be feeling much better today. Theraflu, water, and sleep did wonders for me. I’m just really thirsty today. I PROMISE I WILL START TO SAY THINGS OF MORE CONSEQUENCE IN THE FUTURE.
and those consequences will never be the same.
The Third Day.
We’re almost done with the preliminary tech doc! We’ve all been working pretty hard, planning out all of the game modules, and we’re nearly done with the first pass.
I got hit by a car yesterday while on my way to school. I wasn’t injured, but I was really annoyed that it happened. The guy who hit me was at a stop, but had pulled most of the way over the crosswalk, because I suppose that’s just what people do here in Florida. He was looking at his phone, presumably texting, when the car next to him pulled off into traffic. I continued to walk passed him, as he made no indication he planned to move. As I was walking just in front of the driver’s side, he started accelerating without even looking up, knocking me over. I stood up and we made eye contact, he shrugged his shoulders as if to say, “Whoops!” and then sped off.
The fellow in question looked no older than myself.
I hate my generation.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice-versa, the bad things don’t necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant. And we definitely added to his pile of good things.
– The DoctorDay 2
Today I signed up to do the technical documentation for the text manager module. That’s been pretty much all that really happened in class today thus far. We discussed the month behind us for a short time. I really wish I had more to say today, but it can be a bit hard to come up with something important to say when things like this are forced. Maybe next time I’ll have more interesting things to say.
